  • Progress through a structured two-phase training model tailored to your development

  • Complete a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

  • Earn a salary while training—with no tuition fees

  • Receive regular mentorship, coaching, and access to a blended training model aligned to the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Phase 1: Focused on classroom support, small group work, and lesson planning exposure
Phase 2: Increased responsibility including independent teaching of up to 18 hours per week while completing PGCE coursework

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with a science background to enter the teaching profession through a supportive and hands-on route.
