About the Role & Training Programme:
As part of the Grad2Teach programme, you’ll train in-school while receiving structured support to develop your teaching skills in line with the Core Content Framework.
This salaried, two-phase programme includes:

A fully funded PGCE with QTS awarded by Coventry University

Support from experienced mentors and school-based colleagues

Blended learning including in-person experience and academic study

A pathway to full Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and career progression
You’ll play an active role in the Psychology department, planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting learners of varying abilities, and growing your confidence in classroom practice.
