About Grad2Teach

Grad2Teach provides a salaried, school-based route into teaching that allows you to train on the job while earning a salary. You'll gain hands-on experience in the classroom from day one, supported by experienced mentors and the Grad2Teach team. Upon completion of the programme, you will receive Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).


Requirements:

To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

  • A UK undergraduate degree (or recognised equivalent) in music or a related subject.

  • A minimum of GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

  • A genuine passion for music and education.

  • The ability to inspire, engage, and support secondary-aged students.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to learning.
