About the Role and Training

Grad2Teach offers a two-phase, salaried initial teacher training route in partnership with Coventry University. Trainees work in-school while receiving tailored, high-quality training mapped to the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for graduates who:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in (music-related desirable but not essential)

  • Have strong communication skills and a passion for working with children

  • Are committed, reflective, and eager to develop as an educator

  • Ideally have experience or interest in teaching music, particularly violin

  • GCSEs in English and Maths are preferred
