About the Role and Training
Grad2Teach offers a two-phase, salaried initial teacher training route in partnership with Coventry University. Trainees work in-school while receiving tailored, high-quality training mapped to the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for graduates who:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in (music-related desirable but not essential)

Have strong communication skills and a passion for working with children

Are committed, reflective, and eager to develop as an educator

Ideally have experience or interest in teaching music, particularly violin

GCSEs in English and Maths are preferred
