What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons

Working with pupils to reinforce learning and build confidence

Assisting in classroom management and day-to-day routines

Creating and preparing engaging learning resources

Supporting whole-class and small-group activities

Building strong, positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree (in any subject)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
-
A passion for working with children and young people

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to becoming a dedicated and impactful educator
