About the Role
We are seeking a motivated aspiring teacher, trainee educator, or future Maths teacher with a passion for education and numeracy.
You will:

Hold (or be working toward) a degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject

Be enthusiastic about becoming a qualified secondary Maths teacher

Be reliable, reflective, and eager to learn on the job

Enjoy supporting young people to develop confidence in Maths

Be committed to professional growth through a structured teacher training programme
Previous experience in tutoring, schools, or youth work is helpful but not essential.
Training & Progression

You will complete Phase One, working toward a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

Training aligns with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development

Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you progress to independent teaching

Phase Two includes a PGCE with Coventry University, supporting you to qualify as a teacher
