Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you will:

Gain a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

Earn a salary while training in the classroom

Receive expert guidance from an experienced Mathematics mentor and a supportive school team

Follow a blended training programme aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
You’ll progress from supporting lessons to independently planning and delivering engaging Maths teaching, tracking student progress, and contributing to the life of the school.
Candidate Requirements
We’re seeking motivated aspiring Maths teachers who:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in Mathematics or a related subject

Have GCSEs in English and Maths (some flexibility possible during Phase 1)

Are committed, resilient, and passionate about making a difference in education
