ou will be based in a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in London, supporting the delivery of engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. As a Phase One Trainee Teacher, you will work closely with experienced staff, developing your confidence in leading practical lessons, managing rehearsals, and supporting student performances.

This graduate teaching role is part of the Grad2Teach salaried teacher training programme, giving you the opportunity to earn while you train and build essential teaching skills in a creative subject.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of Drama lessons, including practical and performance-based work
  • Assisting with rehearsals, productions, and extracurricular activities

  • Supporting lesson planning, preparation, and assessment
  • Gradually taking on responsibility for teaching whole classes

Training & Progression
