As a Phase One Trainee Teacher, you will earn while you learn, completing Grad2Teach's Level 4 qualification and building the foundations for progression towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE.   • Has Primary classroom teaching experience.

    Training & Progression

    Phase One – Level 4 Qualification

    As a Phase One Trainee Teacher, you will:

    • Complete the Grad2Teach Level 4 qualification.
    • Gain practical classroom experience from day one.
    • Develop your understanding of effective primary teaching practice.
    • Build evidence against the Core Content Framework (CCF).
    • Work towards meeting the Teachers' Standards.
