The Role & Training
As a Graduate Trainee Drama Teacher, you will:

• Train through the Grad2Teach salaried initial teacher training programme

• Work towards a PGCE with QTS awarded by Coventry University on completion of the two-phase programme

• Earn a salary while training, giving financial stability as you qualify

Candidate Requirements
To apply, you must have:

• A degree (Drama, Theatre Studies, or related subject advantageous but not essential)

• GCSEs in English and Maths (with flexibility to complete during Phase 1 if required)

• Prior classroom teaching experience, ideally including lesson planning and delivery

• A passion for performance, creativity, and engaging young people in the Arts
