The Role & Training

Through the Grad2Teach salaried training programme, you will:

  • Join a two-phase training route, earning a salary from Day 1

  • Work towards a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University

    Candidate Requirements

    We are looking for candidates who:

    • Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Design & Technology or a related discipline

    • Have GCSEs in English and Maths (some flexibility is available during Phase 1)
