Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase salaried programme, you will:

Work towards a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University

Receive a salary while training in a real classroom setting

Benefit from a blend of practical experience and academic study guided by the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Access one-to-one mentoring from experienced teaching staff

Progress from a gradual introduction in Phase 1 to leading your own classes in Phase 2
Candidate Requirements

A degree in any subject (a background in Business, Economics, or related fields is advantageous)

GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (flexibility during Phase 1)

A passion for education and a commitment to completing your teaching qualification
