Unlike other Initial Teacher Training providers, Grad2Teach offers our partner schools the opportunity to meet and interview our trainees before agreeing to train them. This is beneficial for both trainees and schools, as it allows us to match profiles and personalities. By doing so, we not only assist schools in recruiting teachers but also in retaining them for the long term.

Primary Trainee Teacher
