Arzira, a seasoned teaching assistant, acknowledges teachers' vital role in shaping children's lives. With eight years of experience, she's adept at supporting diverse learning needs. Teaching Sociology to GCSE students showcased her classroom management skills. Arzira's goal is to foster each child's success, leveraging her dedication and enthusiasm. Despite challenges, she strives to make learning engaging. Her academic background in Psychology and Sociology enriches her understanding of children's development. Skilled in effective communication and patient support, Arzira is poised for a rewarding career in primary education, driven by her passion for empowering every child's journey towards success.

With a passion for teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, Moulla aspires to guide students in shaping their identities and realising their potential. Aware of the demands and rewards of the teaching profession, she emphasised the importance of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Her personal qualities include strong communication skills, adaptability, and a deep dedication to helping students reach their fullest potential. Passionate and caring, Orli's experience in SEN has equipped her with a range of skills that she will be able to use in both mainstream and SEND settings. Orli confidently answered a wide range of questions on the curriculum, behaviour management and inclusive practices. She is dedicated to becoming the best teacher she can and is open to training in either mainstream or SEND. She is hardworking, experienced and would need a term or two on phase 1 in a support role before moving into a teaching position

Laraib, an enthusiastic Science and Biology trainee, holds an MSc in Zoology and brings valuable teaching experience from her years in Pakistan. Her participation in the Grad2Teach programme reflects her commitment to becoming an excellent educator. With a background in teaching, Laraib has already demonstrated a confident understanding of behaviour management strategies, showcasing her ability to navigate challenging situations and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learner needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). While recognising the need for Safeguarding training and acknowledging plant biology as an area for growth beyond Key Stage 4, Laraib's planned lessons are engaging, well-structured, and effectively delivered. As she refines her approach to align more closely with UK teaching methodologies, her evident dedication and aptitude suggest a promising trajectory in her development as a skilled and adaptable teacher.

Fatima is a motivated individual who aspires to make a positive impact through teaching. Scheduled work experience at Wymondham College and Open Academy reflects his dedication to exploring the teaching profession. Niamh's career has revolved around supporting young people, prompting her decision to apply to the Grad2Teach program as the next step in becoming a primary school teacher. Her motivation stems from a desire to learn reciprocally with her students. Having worked internationally, from the United States to Germany, she values diverse experiences and aims to bring this richness to both students and staff. Niamh sees primary education as a crucial stage for nurturing curiosity and inclusivity, drawing from her own early encounters with concepts like feminism and inclusivity. Her work, grounded in an inclusive philosophy, emphasises the importance of diversity in shaping young students' value systems.
