We are recruiting a SEND Teacher to work in a supportive SEMH specialist school in Egham, Surrey. In this role, you’ll work with young people who benefit from bespoke, inclusive teaching approaches, helping them engage with learning in a motivating and accessible environment.

This position offers a salaried teacher training pathway through Grad2Teach, combining exceptional classroom experience with structured professional development, centred around the Core Content Framework (CCF) and the Teachers’ Standards.

  • Reflective, resilient and ready to grow as a teacher.

  • Passionate about building positive relationships with pupils.

  • Excited to learn and apply evidence-based practice in the classroom.

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver personalised strategies that help pupils thrive cognitively and socially.
