About the Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference for learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are recruiting a SEND Teacher to work in a supportive SEMH specialist school in Egham, Surrey. In this role, you’ll work with young people who benefit from bespoke, inclusive teaching approaches, helping them engage with learning in a motivating and accessible environment.
This position offers a salaried teacher training pathway through Grad2Teach, combining exceptional classroom experience with structured professional development, centred around the Core Content Framework (CCF) and the Teachers’ Standards.

Training & Progression
As part of the Grad2Teach salaried programme you will:

Train while you teach, with mentorship and support.

Follow the Core Content Framework (CCF) for high-quality teacher preparation.

Work towards completing a recognised teaching qualification (Level 4 Phase One).

Progress into Phase Two, with independent teaching experience and a PGCE with Coventry University on completion.
All training and mentoring will equip you to succeed as a fully qualified teacher.
