About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach offers a salaried, school-based teacher training route, allowing you to earn while you learn. From your first day in the classroom, you’ll receive tailored support from experienced mentors, following a structured training programme that leads to QTS and PGCE. You’ll grow in confidence, build your teaching skills, and make a difference from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching and supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

Creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.

Working closely with experienced educators and learning from their expertise.

Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree (in any subject).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English, Science and Mathematics.

A genuine passion for primary education and helping children succeed.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

A commitment to completing the training and becoming a fully qualified teacher.
