About the Role and Training

Through the Grad2Teach salaried teacher training programme, you will earn a salary while working towards a PGCE with QTS, delivered in partnership with Coventry University. The training is structured in two phases and provides:

• A fully salaried placement within a supportive school environment

• A tailored training experience aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

• Weekly mentor support from experienced school-based practitioners

• Access to blended academic and practical training with no recruitment fees for schools or candidates

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a degree (in any subject)

• Be committed to a career in primary education

• Show resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset

• Have GCSEs in English and Maths (flexibility may be available during Phase 1)

Experience working with children is desirable but not essential—we're looking for potential and passion.
