About the Role and Training
As part of the Grad2Teach programme, you’ll be working towards your PGCE with QTS via a two-phase, salaried teacher training route in partnership with Coventry University. You’ll gain invaluable classroom experience from the very start while benefiting from:

Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for high-potential individuals who:
- Hold a university degree (preferably in History or a related subject)
- Have a genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
- Are reflective, resilient, and eager to grow as educators
- Have GCSEs in English and Maths (some flexibility may be considered during Phase 1)
