Phase One Trainee Teacher Opportunity

Are you a graduate looking to begin your journey into teaching? This Phase One salaried teacher training opportunity in Buckingham is the perfect way to gain classroom experience while working towards becoming a fully qualified teacher.

In this role, you’ll support pupils across a vibrant secondary school, developing your teaching skills without the pressure of a full timetable. As part of the Grad2Teach Initial Teacher Training programme, you will:

• Gain first-hand classroom experience in a supportive environment
• Receive training aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework (CCF)
• Work towards progressing into Phase Two, where you’ll take on your own teaching timetable while completing a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University.

• A UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above.
