Phase One Trainee Teacher – Early Years (EYFS)
Partnerships Co-ordinator
About the Role
Are you a graduate looking to start your teaching journey? Join a welcoming primary school in Hillingdon as a Phase One Trainee Teacher. You’ll gain hands-on classroom experience supporting an Early Years (EYFS) teacher while completing your Level 4 qualification through Grad2Teach’s salaried initial teacher training programme.
In this first phase, you’ll build confidence in early years practice without the pressure of a full teaching timetable. You’ll help create engaging, nurturing learning environments and develop the classroom skills you’ll need for the next step of your teaching career.
About You
You’re enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in children’s early education. You’ll have a degree (or be finishing one soon), good literacy and numeracy skills, and a genuine desire to grow into an outstanding teacher. Previous experience with young learners — whether through volunteering, tutoring, or childcare — is a bonus.
