About the Grad2Teach Programme

Our two-phase salaried programme is tailored to support aspiring teachers at every step:

Phase One – You’ll gain real classroom experience without the pressure of a full timetable. Training takes place outside contact hours and aligns with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework (CCF).

Phase Two – You take on your own timetable (up to 18 hours per week) and teach independently while completing a PGCE with QTS through our university partner, Coventry University.
