Do you have experience working in primary schools and are looking to take the next step in your career to becoming a qualified teacher? We are looking for enthusastic, passionate and motivated trainees to join Grad2Teach and to help change the face of education from the inside. We have a diverse range of schools in the Hertfordshire area that are always on the look out for fresh faces to join their school community. Our Salaried Teacher Training Programme offers a new opportunity to train towards gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), while still earning a full salary. With Grad2Teach, you will work to complete Phase One of our Salaried Teacher Training Programme in the first year, then moving on to achieve a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in phase 2. Requirements
To be eligible for this programme you must meet the following requirements:
Have determination, resilience, and a patient, caring attitude.
Have a relevant university degree with a minimum of a 2:2 classification.
Preferably some experience in a UK classroom.
Have the confidence and ability to lead the class.
Be able to demonstrate your resilience.
Be able to train across all key stages to broaden your skillset.
