  • Develop key teaching strategies guided by the Core Content Framework (CCF) and Teaching Standards.
  • Gain practical, hands-on experience without the pressure of a full teaching timetable.
  • Access our blended training, combining in-school experience with CPD-accredited study.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or career changers looking to step into teaching through a supportive, salaried route while making a lasting impact on learners who need it most.

📌 Requirements:

  • A full degree and GCSEs (or equivalent).
  • A passion for supporting young people, ideally with experience in education or SEND settings.
