About the Role
Are you an experienced or confident trainee ready to lead your own class?
A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Stanton Harcourt, Oxfordshire is offering a fast-track salaried teacher training role through Grad2Teach. This opportunity is ideal for someone prepared to take on a full teaching timetable while working toward Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via our Assessment-Only or accelerated Phase Two PGCE route.
As part of this structured and supportive programme, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2.

Develop your classroom management and assessment skills.

Receive ongoing mentor guidance and Grad2Teach support throughout your training.

Work towards QTS while remaining employed and earning a salary.
About You
You may already be an unqualified teacher, HLTA, or experienced graduate trainee seeking the next step. You should demonstrate:

Confidence managing a full classroom timetable.

A genuine passion for primary education and pupil development.

Strong communication, organisation, and resilience.

Eligibility to work full-time in the UK and hold a relevant degree.
This position is ideal for those who have built solid experience in education and are now ready to qualify through the fast-track route.
Training & Progression
Through Grad2Teach, you’ll follow our structured salaried training pathway:

Phase One (where applicable): Gain in-class experience, complete a Level 4 NCFE qualification, and build evidence towards QTS.

Fast-Track Route: Move directly into Phase Two to complete your PGCE with QTS, Postgraduate Teaching Apprenticeship, or Assessment-Only (AOR) route.

Access mentor support, tripartite reviews, and optional coaching designed to help you thrive.
You’ll emerge as a qualified teacher, equipped with real classroom experience and a deep understanding of the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
