About the Role

You will join a forward-thinking and supportive secondary school in Berkshire, supporting students in Psychology at Key Stages 4 and potentially Key Stage 5. As a Phase One Trainee Teacher, you will begin by assisting experienced teachers before gradually taking on more responsibility in lesson delivery.

This graduate teaching role is part of the Grad2Teach salaried teacher training programme, enabling you to earn while you train and build a strong foundation in teaching practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the teaching of Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5
Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment
Delivering small group interventions and targeted student support
Developing classroom management and teaching strategies
Gradually progressing to leading whole-class teaching
