Trainee Primary Teacher

We are looking for a caring and motivated aspiring teacher, trainee educator, or future primary teacher who is enthusiastic about working with young children.

You will:

• Hold (or be working towards) a degree in any subject

• Have a genuine passion for early years and Key Stage 1 teaching

• Be reliable, reflective, and eager to learn

• Enjoy supporting children at an important stage of their education

• Be committed to developing your practice through a structured teacher training programme

Previous experience working with children (e.g. nurseries, schools, tutoring, childcare, or youth work) is beneficial but not essential.

Training & Progression

• You will complete Phase One, working toward a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

• Training is aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

• You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development

• Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you progress into independent teaching

• Phase Two includes a PGCE with Coventry University, supporting you to become a fully qualified primary teacher
