Trainee Primary Teacher - HLTA role

Training & Progression

With Grad2Teach, you will follow a structured, school-based training programme designed to support your development every step of the way.

Phase One (HLTA + Training):

• Training aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and Teaching Standards

Phase Two (Teacher Training Route):

• Progress into a full teaching timetable
• Work towards a PGCE with QTS via Coventry University
• Receive ongoing mentoring, observations, and structured support
