About the Role
Working alongside experienced teachers, you will help deliver stimulating lessons in Law and Psychology, encourage critical thinking, and prepare learners for academic success and progression into higher education or employment. As your confidence grows, you will take increasing responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessing learning as part of Grad2Teach's structured teacher training programme.

You should have:
- A UK undergraduate degree (or equivalent), ideally in Law, Psychology, Criminology, Social Sciences, or a related subject.
- Previous teaching or classroom experience (essential), such as teaching, tutoring, lecturing, cover supervision, training, or significant classroom leadership.
- A genuine passion for both Law and Psychology and the ability to inspire young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and classroom management abilities.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- The ambition to achieve Qualified Teacher Status through a salaried route.

Training & Progression
