About the Role
You will join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Haringey as a Phase One Trainee Teacher, gaining hands-on classroom experience while completing your Level 4 teaching qualification. This is a graduate teaching role designed to develop your skills through practical learning, mentorship, and a clear pathway into teaching.
In this salaried teacher training role, you will:
- Support Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Build classroom management skills and subject knowledge
- Gain real experience as a trainee teacher in a dynamic London school
This role provides a direct progression route into Phase Two, where you will move towards independent teaching and a PGCE qualification.
About You

Training & Progression
