About the Role
Are you a graduate with a passion for Economics and a desire to inspire the next generation of learners? Join our salaried teacher training programme in High Wycombe and start your journey towards becoming a qualified Economics teacher.
This is your opportunity to earn while you train, gaining hands-on classroom experience from day one. Through our two-phase Grad2Teach programme, you will build confidence, subject expertise, and teaching skills – all while working towards a PGCE with QTS, accredited by Coventry University.
What you can expect:
-
Phase 1: Gain classroom experience without the pressure of a full timetable. Develop your teaching practice through a blend of in-school learning and structured training.
-

-
PGCE with QTS: Achieve a recognised qualification with the support of university-led training.
-
Salary: Earn a competitive salary while you train – no need to self-fund your initial teaching year.
