About the Role

Are you ready to take the first step towards a career in teaching? This Phase One salaried teacher training position in Pinner offers an exciting opportunity to gain classroom experience while training to become a fully qualified teacher.

As part of the Grad2Teach Initial Teacher Training programme, you will:

  • Support pupils across a thriving secondary school, building confidence and developing your teaching practice
  • Train in line with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework (CCF).
  • Progress to Phase Two, where you’ll have your own teaching timetable while completing a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University.
  • Earn a salary throughout your training – no need for unpaid placements.

What we’re looking for:

  • A UK bachelor’s degree (or recognised equivalent).
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above.
  • A genuine passion for education and inspiring young people.
