About the Role
Are you a graduate looking to begin your journey into teaching? This exciting Learning Support Assistant (LSA) position in Bedfordshire offers the perfect starting point to gain valuable classroom experience while working towards a salaried route into teaching.
As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students across the school, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with teachers to assist with lessons, provide tailored support for pupils, and develop key skills that will prepare you for full classroom responsibility.
This role is part of the Grad2Teach Salaried Teacher Training programme, which allows you to:

Begin your training in Phase One as a Learning Support Assistant, gaining experience without the pressure of a full teaching timetable.

Progress into Phase Two, where you’ll take on your own teaching timetable while completing a fully funded PGCE with QTS through our university partners.

Earn while you train, avoiding tuition debt while building real classroom expertise.
