About the Role
Are you a graduate looking to begin your teaching career while earning a salary? Join our Grad2Teach Phase One teacher training programme in Woking, Surrey, and take your first steps towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
This exciting opportunity allows you to work as a Cover Supervisor while gaining valuable classroom experience and completing our Level 4 NCFE-accredited qualifications in teaching and learning. You’ll develop your skills in behaviour management, lesson support, and classroom leadership – all while preparing for Phase Two, where you’ll progress onto a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University.
