About the Role

Looking to start your teaching career with a focus on supporting students with additional needs? Our Grad2Teach Phase One teacher training programme in Woking, Surrey gives you the perfect opportunity to gain classroom experience while earning a salary.

This placement allows you to work as a Teaching Assistant with a SEND focus, supporting learners with diverse needs, while completing our Level 4 NCFE-accredited qualifications in teaching and learning. You’ll build your skills in differentiation, personalised support, and inclusive teaching strategies – all while preparing for Phase Two, where you’ll progress onto a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University.
