Simona Glonci

Simona Glonci is the Course Coordinator at Grad2Teach, where she plays a key role in shaping and delivering the training that supports our salaried teacher training programme. She designs and delivers both face-to-face and online sessions, manages training logistics, and continually refines course content to ensure trainees experience a rigorous, relevant, and well-supported blend of academic and vocational development.  

Before joining Grad2Teach, Simona held various roles, including Junior Paralegal at an anti–death penalty NGO, Legal Assistant, and Regional Support Coordinator. She later retrained as a Primary School Teacher, teaching across KS1 and KS2. During this time, she led on RE and PE, worked as a Phonics Intervention Specialist and served as a School Recovery Programme Leader.

Simona joined Grad2Teach with a strong belief in making education more inclusive. She recognises that for many - especially career changers or those seeking financial stability - traditional teacher training can be inaccessible. The salaried route offered by Grad2Teach opens vital pathways into the profession, bringing diverse and relatable role models into classrooms. Having experienced the challenges of teaching firsthand, Simona is passionate about preparing new teachers for the realities of the role. She is proud to contribute to a programme that equips trainees to succeed, thrive, and build lasting careers in education.
