About the Role

This is far more than a traditional graduate teaching assistant role. As a Resident Fellow, you will become an integral member of the school community, supporting both the academic and pastoral development of students.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and supervising lessons during teacher absences as a Cover Supervisor
  • Supporting teaching and learning across the school
  • Assisting students with academic progress and classroom engagement
  • Playing an active role in the boarding and pastoral life of the school
  • Supporting evening and residential activities within the boarding environment
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff
  • Developing your own teaching practice through structured training and mentoring

  • Develop confidence in teaching, behaviour management, and lesson delivery

Phase Two – PGCE & QTS Route

Successful trainees can progress onto:

  • A PGCE with Coventry University
