About the Grad2Teach Programme

Through the Grad2Teach salaried teacher training route, you will:

What the Role Involves

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver and support engaging, high-quality maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Use data and assessment tools to monitor and track pupil progress

  • Support students with varied academic and personal needs—including those with SEND, EAL and high prior attainment

  • Uphold excellent behaviour and create a safe, respectful learning environment

  • Work with colleagues to plan lessons, interventions and enrichment activities

  • Contribute to the school’s inclusive culture and ethos of “Be The Best You Can Be”

  • Participate in CPD and development opportunities within the Trust

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in Mathematics or a related subject

  • Has GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above

  • Has experience working with children or young people (in school, tutoring, youth work, etc.)

  • Is passionate about teaching and excited to inspire young minds

  • Communicates clearly and professionally

  • Is resilient, reflective, and willing to learn
