The Role:

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree (essential)

  • GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

  • Confidence in leading a classroom and engaging young people

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Commitment to completing the Grad2Teach programme leading to QTS and PGCE

What’s Offered:

  • A clear route to gaining QTS and PGCE with Grad2Teach

  • Daily classroom experience in a supportive, forward-thinking school

  • Mentoring and professional development from experienced teachers

  • The opportunity to inspire and support students while training to teach
