The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task with the work provided. You’ll gain first-hand experience managing classrooms, understanding school systems, and building relationships with students across a range of year groups and subjects.
Alongside your responsibilities in school, you’ll begin a structured teacher training pathway with Grad2Teach, working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE while being supported and mentored throughout.

Who We’re Looking For:

An undergraduate degree

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics
