The Role:
As a Trainee Science Teacher, you will support and gradually lead the delivery of Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work closely with experienced teaching staff and mentors as you develop your subject knowledge, classroom practice, and confidence. Alongside your school-based work, you will complete a structured training route through Grad2Teach, leading to QTS and a PGCE.

Who We’re Looking For:

An undergraduate degree in a Science-related subject

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

A genuine enthusiasm for Science and education

Commitment to becoming a qualified teacher and making a difference in young people’s lives

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
