About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach offers a school-based, salaried teacher training programme that allows you to gain real classroom experience from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced educators while following a structured training pathway that leads to QTS and PGCE, supported by dedicated mentors every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching Science (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics) to secondary pupils across KS3 and KS4. Planning and delivering engaging, practical lessons that spark curiosity and encourage critical thinking.

Supporting pupils of all abilities in building scientific understanding and confidence.

Learning and growing through professional mentoring and classroom practice.

Becoming a valued part of the school and contributing to wider school life.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related STEM field).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A genuine interest in teaching and a passion for science.

Good communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

A commitment to developing as a teacher and making a difference in education.
