On this programme, you will:

  • Follow a two-phase training model that supports your gradual development in school

  • Complete a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

  • Earn a salary while gaining real-world classroom experience

  • Access a blended training programme based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Phase 1: Develop your teaching practice through observation, co-teaching, and support roles.
Phase 2: Transition to teaching independently for up to 18 hours per week as you complete your PGCE.
