About the Role

The Role:

Support teaching across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2

Assist in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Develop your teaching skills through a structured route to QTS and PGCE
Requirements:

An undergraduate degree (essential)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English, Mathematics, and Science

A genuine passion for primary education and working with children

Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Commitment to completing a school-based teacher training pathway leading to QTS and PGCE
