About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to begin your journey as a Primary Trainee Teacher in a supportive primary school in Northampton, Northamptonshire.
As a graduate trainee teacher on the Grad2Teach programme, you will gain hands-on classroom experience while working towards a Level 4 teaching qualification as part of a structured, salaried teacher training pathway.

Training & Progression
Grad2Teach offers a clear, structured pathway into teaching:
Phase One (Level 4 Qualification):
- Complete an NCFE-accredited Level 4 qualification
- Training aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and Teaching Standards
- Gain practical, school-based experience while remaining salaried
Phase Two (PGCE & QTS):
- Progress to a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via Coventry University
- Take on increased teaching responsibility, including your own timetable
- Continue supported development with mentoring and training
