Role & Training

Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you will:

  • Achieve a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

  • Receive a salary while training in the classroom

  • Be mentored by experienced teachers and supported by a collaborative school team

  • Follow a blended programme based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Your role will develop from supporting lessons and working with small groups to planning, delivering, and assessing your own engaging lessons.

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for motivated individuals who:

  • Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

  • Have GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility possible during Phase 1)

  • Are committed, resilient, and passionate about primary education
