The Role:

Support classroom learning across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2

Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging and inclusive lessons

Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

Begin a structured training route, combining in-class experience with expert support and mentorship
Requirements:

An undergraduate degree (essential)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English, Mathematics, and Science

A genuine passion for primary education and working with children

Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

A commitment to completing a school-based training route leading to QTS and PGCE
