About the Role
A friendly and inclusive primary school in the West Midlands is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This role is ideal for someone with an undergraduate degree who is passionate about education and considering a future in teaching.

The Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons to small groups or whole classes when needed

Support pupils with varying learning needs across the primary age range

Work alongside teachers to plan, prepare and adapt lessons and resources

Encourage and support pupil progress, behaviour and engagement

Gain experience that will support your development into a future teacher
Who We’re Looking For:

An undergraduate degree (essential)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

Experience working with children in a school or youth setting is desirable

A genuine interest in primary education and child development

Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
