About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver planned lessons to small groups and occasionally to whole classes under teacher direction

Support classroom teaching across a range of subjects and year groups

Assist with planning and preparing learning activities

Provide targeted interventions and support to pupils with varying needs

Encourage positive behaviour and create an inclusive learning space
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

An undergraduate degree (required)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English, Science and Mathematics

Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a classroom setting

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A passion for education and child development

An interest in progressing towards a teaching career in the future
