About the Role

A supportive primary school in Norfolk is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join their team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) while starting a structured training pathway towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE through Grad2Teach.

The Role:

  • Deliver small group and whole-class learning under teacher guidance

  • Gain the practical skills and knowledge needed to become a fully qualified teacher through a structured school-based route to QTS and PGCE with Grad2Teach

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree (essential)

  • GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English, Mathematics, and Science

  • A genuine passion for primary education and working with children

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to completing the Grad2Teach programme leading to QTS and PGCE
