Alongside your HLTA responsibilities, you’ll begin your teacher training with Grad2Teach, working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE through a structured, salaried route.
About Grad2Teach:
Grad2Teach is a school-based teacher training programme that provides a clear path to QTS and PGCE for graduates and career changers. You will receive in-school support, expert mentoring, and ongoing professional development while gaining practical teaching experience.
